The ceiling also appears to be in good condition. Some old windows appear to be boarded up — this may be intentional or part of the original construction. No action required.

Garage Level 1 — Above Spot 3 Needs Verification Some sort of plastic material was observed above the garage ceiling, and a heat panel was noted above parking spot 3. Additionally, vents in the area could use cleaning as part of preventative maintenance and appear to have feathers in them, indicating possible pigeon entry into the garage. Recommend investigating the source of pigeon entry and cleaning the vents. Refer to inspection photos.

Wooden wedges are recommended to be placed on the edge of the wall by the trash chutes to improve functionality. A hose is available in the room for wash down. First Floor — Retail Space Needs Attention The retail space appears to have been vacated abruptly — equipment, food (including unrefrigerated ground beef in a sealed container), tablets, and supplies remain on site. Old food must be removed to prevent spoiling, contaminants, and pest issues. The space itself appears to be in good condition structurally. Privacy blinds look to be in good condition. Recommend determining the status of the retail tenant, removing old food immediately, and either finding a new tenant or properly decommissioning the space.
