Units feature barn doors or sliding doors for bedrooms, roller shades or aluminum blinds, and various stackable or full-size washer/dryer combinations. The building appears to be at or near 100% occupancy. A recurring building-wide theme includes older-style smoke and CO detectors nearing expiration across virtually all units, dirty HVAC filters, delaminating bathroom vanities, and barn door bottom guides missing or broken.
